ARCHITECNICA is an integrated design company: architecture, engineering and urban planning. Founded in 2015, it is headed by the two founding partners, Michele and Carlotta Berti, active as professionals for over 15 years.

ARCHITECNICA has developed projects in every field from public to private, from industry to services to infrastructures.

The first strong point that distinguishes ARCHITECNICA is the integration of different competencies: architectural, urban, structural, plant engineering; this happens thanks to teamwork a the complementarity of professionalism present within it: over 20 collaborators including designers, engineers and specialized technicians for a working capacity of about 36,000 hours per year.

The second strength is the project management, the management capacity in the development of the project, following its complexity and implementation according to the needs of the client, ensuring overall efficiency of time and resources.

ARCHITECNICA adopts the BIM (Building Information Modelling) design system and offers services compliant with the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality System.

Technical director

Specialization in design and supervision of structural works with particular experience in the industrial and Oil & Gas sectors. Graduated in Building Engineering at the University of Bologna in 2003 and registered with the Order of Engineers of the Province of Ravenna since July 2004 with n. 1471. Registered in the Register of the Province of Ravenna of Technicians Competent in Acoustics with provision No. 420 of 03/08/2005. Qualification as Coordinator for the Design and execution of Works (WORKS SUPERVISION 81/2008 and subsequent amendments) from 15/06/2005.

Carlotta Berti

Building Engineering and Architecture

Specialization in design and supervision of architectural works, particular experience in relations with administrative bodies and in contract management. Graduated in Building Engineering / Architecture at the University of Bologna in 2006 and registered with the Order of Engineers since 2007 with n. 1679. Training course for Casa Clima certifier in 2008. Qualification as energy certifier since 2009 with registration in the Register at no. 2964. Qualification as Safety Coordinator in the design phase and in the execution phase of the works (WORKS SUPERVISION 81/2008 and subsequent amendments) since 2011
